Jubilee has two residential dormitories that are nearly identical. Speidel Memorial Hall (named in honor of former Jubilee student, Andrew Speidel) and Agape Hall. Together they provide rooms for 92 students.

Each room has independently controlled HVAC units, two beds, two closets, and room for clothing storage under the bed in pullout drawers.

Each dormitory also has a chapel room, community restrooms and showers upstairs and downstairs, staff office and recreational meeting rooms.

The foundations are poured and plumbing is ready for expansions on both dorms. When these additions are complete, it will double the current capacity to over 180 students.
