Residential Advisor

Residential Advisors are the cornerstone of our ministry. Typical duties include supervision of students and implementation of Christian based mentoring plans in using a Developmental Continuum designed for “at-risk” youth.  Qualifications include: Christian values and a parallel lifestyle, a desire to become a part of a team, effective listening and organizational skills, self-motivated, and an ability to multi-task. Related education/experience is a plus, though not necessary. See online application form.
